How We Handle Your Information

This page adds to our Privacy Policy. It does not replace it. That policy covers the legal ground and stays current as our store and the rules change. This page covers the parts specific to how Moshprint actually runs, which no automated policy would know about us.

Signage is produced by a print partner, and they get your address. We design, quote, manage, and guarantee signage under Moshprint LLC, and a trade printer produces it. When a sign ships straight to you instead of coming to our shop first, that partner receives your name and delivery address, because they are the ones putting it on a truck. They get what the delivery needs and nothing else.

Carriers get delivery details. Whoever is carrying your order, usually USPS, receives the address and the contact information needed to get it to you.

We keep your artwork on purpose. When you send us a file, we hold onto it so a reorder a year from now matches the first run instead of starting from scratch. That is a service, and it is also us keeping your data, so you should know we do it. If you want your artwork deleted, email us and we will delete it.

Quote requests arrive as email and stay there. The quote form sends your name, email, phone, organization, job details, and any artwork link to our business email account, where it is stored like any other message. That is outside the store itself, so it is worth saying out loud.

Analytics and advertising tools. We use Google Analytics and Google’s advertising and shopping tags to understand how the site gets used and how our listings perform, and we have Meta’s tools connected for the same reason. Depending on what you do here, that can include your name, email, phone, and address alongside the pages you viewed and anything you ordered. Some of it is sent from our systems rather than from your browser. We may add similar tools from other platforms.
